Booking Terms & Conditions

1. Price & Validity

All prices mentioned in our website are clearly quoted in EUR. We Love Malaga guarantees the validity of prices, invoices or documents provided to the Customer according to the booking

2. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are secured by a confirmation email that must be confirmed later by the Customer providing a phone number. The balance will be paid after the tour, depending the tour, we will require a deposit for certain tours, but most of them we don’t require any.

Note: Any deposit is non-refundable up to 48 hours before the tour

3. Payment

Customers can pay for the tour in cash after the tour or via PayPal beforehand, unfortunately we don’t accept yet Credit Cards. All extra cost incurred by such payments is to be paid by the Customer. As we receive your request, we will reply within the next 24 hours, please have some patience, we are a small family company 😀

4. Cancellation

4.1 Cancellation by Customers

If the Customer cancels the confirmed tour unless major forces. In case we have received any deposit, the cancellation fee will be automatically extracted from the Customer deposit or payment. The balance will be made to the Customer via bank transfer with charges paid by the Customer.

4.2 Cancellation by We Love Malaga

In case of force majeure regarding political conditions, natural disaster, weather, etc, we have to cancel the confirmed tour which the Customer has deposited or paid for. In such case, we will contact you for appropriate alterations or you will get full reimbursements for your deposit or payment, in case you did any.

5. Complaint & Disputes

Any unsatisfied traveler that finds our tours not up to the standards of quality, won’t be charged or will be fully refund. Period. All complaints must be submitted by writing to us within 30 days after completion of services provided by We Love Malaga
